PAL Extrusions now offer a type of co-extrusion that allows the skinning of a lower grade polymer with more advanced grade polymer. Applications for this technology include the skinning of recycled plastics with virgin grade polymers, creating enhanced aesthetic appearances and extra performance. The simplest benefit could be to skin a white compound with a more expensive colour reducing the overall cost.
